General Information
Order Info
- After ordering, most orders will ship in about 2 business days.
- Express orders received after 12:00pm PST will be shipped the next business day.
- All orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax.
- We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.
- We cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Please make sure you give us your correct shipping address. It is your responsibility to provide your correct shipping address to eliminate any unnecessary shipment delays or charges. Kat's Kix reserves the right to charge your credit card for surcharges levied by the carrier for address corrections.
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at customerservice@katskix.com with the details.
- When you have completed your order, it is a good idea to print the order confirmation screen page. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have provided to us. In the event that email address is not correct, you will still have record of your order. Then email us with your correct email address.
- Due to different computer configurations, colors of the actual product may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
Prices and Availability
- All prices on our website are quoted in US dollars.
- Although we try to keep our website as up to date as possible, if a style is sold out we will notify you and credit back to you the original charge.
- Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.
- Kat's Kix offers great discounts but we do not price match.
- No refunds or price adjustments will be issued for any product that goes on sale after your purchase.
Payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
- If you select PayPal as your payment method AND you have a credit balance on your PayPal account, PayPal will apply your credit balance to your order before it allows you to use any other payment methods. This is their rule, not ours!
Shipping Costs
- We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.95 per order/address to ship your order. If you buy two pair of shoes, we still only charge you $8.95 shipping for your order. On orders over $100.00, we will pay the freight! This offer applies to orders shipped in the contiguous United States only and will be shipped via FedEx ground.
- On orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii an additional $6.00 charge will be applied.
- Expedited shipping charges are based on FedEx published rates. Please call us for orders over $375.00 requiring Express Shipping.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Express service .
- All orders received after 1:00pm Pacific time will ship the next business day.
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO or to PO Boxes.
- Kat's Kix is not liable for any shipping damages. If there is damage to your package, please let the carrier know this when your package is dropped off. If that is not an option, please contact the carrier right away. You will need to file a claim with the carrier for any shipping damages.
Returns
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your shoes, you can return your unworn shoes within 15 days and we will pay the return freight for one return from the original order. This means that if you ordered 2 pair on one order and needed to return both pair, they must be returned at the same time.
- Our free return policy applies to unused or defective merchandise only.
- Please note that if your original order qualified for free freight and you return product for a refund which makes your original order fall under $100.00, flat rate shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend that you try on your shoes on a carpeted area so that you protect the bottom of the shoes. Shoes that have been worn are not refundable unless they are defective. Manufacturer defects will be decided at the sole discretion of Kat's Kix.
- All items must be in their original packaging and in the original condition that you received them.
- Please email us at customerservice@katskix.com with your return request.
- We will issue you a FedEx return label via email and an RA # which must be placed on the outside of the box. We will not accept any returns without an RA #.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on closeout items. No refunds will be allowed.
